Neon on graphite, spent sparingly.

Ten canonical hexes and nothing else — semantic tokens alias into them, and no surface invents a tint. Neon budget: at most three prominent neon elements per viewport — one primary action, one trace or accent, one live value.

Display speaks. Mono proves.

System sans carries the editorial voice at display scale; self-hosted JetBrains Mono carries every machine fact — numbers, addresses, labels — with tabular figures on every platform. The scale contrast between the two is the identity move.
