• No more than $3000 total notional per day.
• No symbol above 40.0% of the portfolio.
• Rebalance at most weekly.
• Orders only during regular market hours.
• Limit orders with max slippage 0.50%.
• Stop conditions (4) are binding — stop means stop.
• Every session logs a receipt.
• A post-run audit is required after any external agent activity.

All checks pass for mode paper — ready to compile.
