1 · create

Any wallet can create a public USDG vault candidate: pick source-verified Robinhood Chain tokenized assets, set fuses and fees, pay the creation fee, and seed creator skin in the game.

2 · deposit (gated)

Depositors receive vault shares and share profits and losses. Public deposits are gated by legal-readiness and audit checks.

3 · rebalance under fuses

Strategies rebalance into source-verified tokenized assets only through HISS fuse checks: allocation caps, oracle freshness, slippage bounds, cash floors, and stop conditions. Every plan gets a deterministic receipt and a post-rebalance audit.

4 · verify everything

Vault stats, fee schedules, receipts, and source verification are public. Robinhood MCP is not used for pooled vault execution.

Legal-readiness gate: blocking public deposits

Public deposits are gated by legal-readiness and audit checks. Pooled public deposits stay disabled until the vault contracts pass a smart-contract audit, the legal signoff completes, and jurisdiction policies are approved. Creators can prepare vault candidates, configure fuses and fees, and seed their own skin-in-game deposits in the meantime.

Fee schedule

Vault creation fee	100 USDG	Paid once by the creator to the HISS protocol treasury.
Creator performance fee	10% of profits above the high-water mark	Configurable 0–20%. Never charged on losses.
HISS protocol share	20% of the creator performance fee	Carved from the creator fee — not charged separately to depositor principal.
Rebalance routing fee	2 bps of rebalance notional	Bounds 0.5–5 bps; only when HISS routing infrastructure is used.
Creator skin in game	5% of TVL minimum	Creator cannot withdraw below this while public deposits are open.

· No performance fee on losses.
· No performance fee until the previous high-water mark is recovered.
· The HISS protocol share comes out of the creator performance fee — it is not charged separately to depositor principal.
· Routing fees apply only when HISS routing/execution infrastructure is used.
· Referral shares, where configured, are carved from creator/protocol shares and are always disclosed on-chain.
