The 50/30/10/10 split, by policy

Only verified HISS-token trading-fee claims are split — each claim is chain-classified first, and anything that is not a high-confidence HISS trading fee is excluded, fail-closed. WETH fees go 100% to the Treasury Safe, and creator vesting is excluded entirely. A planned split is not a funded split, and a funded split is not automatically claimable — each state is proven separately.

Staking risks, stated plainly

· Smart-contract risk: the xHISS vault is immutable once deployed; a bug could impair or lose staked HISS.
· No promised outcome: reward injections are discretionary fee routing under a disclosed split — if no verified HISS-token trading fees arrive, the share value does not increase.
· Exit timing risk: unstaking requires a 72-hour cooldown, then a 2-day redeem window; a missed window requires restarting the cooldown, and cooling shares keep repricing with the vault.
· Token price risk: HISS can lose value; staking does not protect against, and cannot offset, a falling HISS price.
· Pause risk: the Safe can pause staking and reward injections; exits (cooldown and redeem) are not pausable by design.
· Admin trust assumptions: the 2-of-3 Treasury Safe controls the injector list and pause switch; the split itself is enforced off-chain by fail-closed tooling, not by the vault contract.
· Review scope: the contract passed an internal launch review — this is not an external audit, and internal review reduces but does not eliminate risk.
· Self-custody risk: staking transactions are irreversible; a wrong address, lost key, or malicious wallet cannot be undone by HISS.
