Launch notes

HISS is live in production. These notes describe what you can do today, what is gated behind deposit readiness, and what is pending external approval — in plain language, with no claims beyond what is actually running.

Live today

• Coils. Create user-authored Coils, compile Bankrbot command packs, and prepare Robinhood-MCP-ready instruction capsules. Saved Coils and receipts are wallet-owned and database-backed.
• Vault candidates. Configure USDG vault candidates on Robinhood Chain with the slider-driven creation wizard — free to save, with deterministic receipts.
• Wallet connect. Sign-in with your wallet (Robinhood Chain first). A wallet connection is not a Robinhood brokerage connection and authorizes no trading.
• Paid agent services. Bankr x402 services settle on Base where configured; Meridian x402 settles on Robinhood Chain where configured. The agent skill file documents both lanes.
• Receipts and audits. Deterministic receipts persist to the database; post-run and post-rebalance audits check reported activity against fuses.

Gated behind readiness

• Public vault deposits. Public deposits are currently disabled until audit, disclosure, oracle, liquidity, jurisdiction, and deployment checks are complete. See deposit readiness.
• Live rebalancing. Every vault asset ships with live rebalancing disabled until oracle and liquidity verification pass.
• Live routing fees. Routing fees stay at zero until HISS routing infrastructure is live and used.

Pending external approval

• Vault contract deployment: testnet prepared; mainnet pending owner approval.
• Smart-contract audit: pending.
• Bankr Agent Profile: created, pending Bankr admin review.
