rh-wallet boundary

user

The source-pending external Bankr rail for Robinhood Crypto accounts — what HISS never does on it: no vault execution, no credentials, no dependency.

What rh-wallet is (and is not)

rh-wallet is an optional, external Bankr skill that reportedly lets a Bankr agent operate a user’s own connected Robinhood Crypto account. The public evidence for it is social-only — there are no official Bankr docs and no BankrBot skills-directory entry as of 2026-07-11 — so HISS records it as a source-pending external rail (rail_c_rh_wallet_external, source status source_pending in the @hiss/core rail-boundaries model). It is not a HISS product, not a HISS dependency, and not part of any HISS workflow.

The boundary

  • Never vault execution. Rail C’s pooled-vault role is never_used — HISS pooled vault deposits and rebalances run on Rail A and Rail B only, on Robinhood Chain, with receipts verified against chain state.
  • Never credentials. HISS never stores or accepts Robinhood credentials of any kind. Per the social evidence, any credentials a user opts to configure for rh-wallet live in Bankr’s own Tools > Env, entirely outside HISS.
  • Never claimed as supported. HISS does not publish rh-wallet as supported while it remains without official documentation. HISS verifies nothing on this rail; execution and verification belong to Bankr and Robinhood.
  • Never conflated. Rail C is distinct from Rail A (vault deposits), Rail B (Bankr stock tokens), and from the Robinhood MCP compile layer (CoilOps — brokerage-side, single-user, liveOrderSent always false).

Sanctioned copy

  • “rh-wallet is an optional external Bankr skill for a user’s own connected Robinhood Crypto account; its public documentation is still source-pending.”
  • “HISS does not depend on rh-wallet and never uses it for pooled vault execution.”
  • “HISS never stores or accepts Robinhood credentials.”

The shared rail invariants apply here as everywhere: HISS never executes trades on any rail, never stores brokerage or Robinhood credentials on any rail, and never collects or verifies user location on any rail.

Machine-readable source

The boundary is exported from @hiss/core (HISS_RAIL_BOUNDARIES, sanctionedCopyForRail, BANKR_RAIL_SOURCE_CLAIMS, RH_WALLET_SOURCE_STATUS) and served in the workflow index at GET /api/agents/schema. Skill pack: hiss-rh-wallet-boundary. If official Bankr documentation appears, the source status changes in code first — the prose here follows the verified record, never the other way around.

$HISS is independent research software in pre-execution readiness checks — not investment advice, and not affiliated with Robinhood, Bankr, or Chainlink.
