Console troubleshooting
userThe responses you may see and what they mean: 404 when disabled, WALLET_AUTH_REQUIRED, RATE_LIMITED, expired plans, plan-hash mismatch, kernel blocks, and signing-disabled — all failing closed.
The Console fails closed and reports honestly. This page lists the responses you may see and what each one means. A failed or unreachable surface is unknown, never presented as “live” and never as “not deployed” without proof.
Disabled surfaces
- 404 on
/app/consoleor the read endpoints. The Console or its read surface is flag-off.GET /api/console/todayandGET /api/console/activityanswer404 CONSOLE_DISABLED. This is the expected state in this pilot. See feature stages. 404 CONSOLE_PREPARE_DISABLED. Prepare is off, so the intent, plan, simulate, and cancel endpoints are removed.
Auth and rate limits
401 WALLET_AUTH_REQUIRED. A prepare, simulate, or cancel call needs a signed-in owner. Sign in with your wallet and retry. This is a session, not a Robinhood connection.429 RATE_LIMITED. Too many requests in the window. Wait and retry; the read surfaces allow more calls than the prepare surfaces.400 BAD_JSON/EMPTY/NO_INTENT. The request body was malformed or carried no command. Provide a command or a structured candidate.
Plan and kernel outcomes
- Plan expired. A value-bearing plan lapsed past its TTL (15 minutes by default). Recompile a fresh plan. See plans & simulations.
plan_hash_mismatch. The plan was altered after it was frozen. The kernel blocks it; recompile from your intent.- Kernel blocked. A deny-by-default check failed —
contract_not_canonical,asset_not_canonical,wrong_chain,invalid_amount,insufficient_balance,kill_switch_active, orprepare_disabled. See the security model. signing_disabled. A value-bearing action asked to reach a wallet, but signing (A.2) is not enabled. Expected in this pilot. See wallet handoff.clarification_required. The resolver needs more detail before a plan can compile. Answer the clarifications and retry.409 ALREADY_SUBMITTED. You tried to cancel a run that has been submitted. A submitted action cannot be cancelled; use a compensating action. See the approval inbox.
